Sustainable Seafood Gumbo With Dungeness Crab

Ingredients
For the roux
  Dungeness crab 2 Pound
  Vegetable oil of your choice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mahogany clams 1 Pound
  Mussel 1⁄2 Pound
For the gumbo
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound (Tails On)
  Dungeness crab 2 Pound, cleaned and broken
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mahogany clams 1 Pound, cleaned
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, deveined and tail left on
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mussels 1⁄2 Pound, cleaned
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Veggie broth/Seafood stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Bell peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped (Your Choice Of Peppers)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Roux)
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Low sodium vegetable stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Roux)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne peper 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika powder 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Gumbo file 1 Tablespoon
  Shrimp paste 2 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Ground dried shrimp 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) For the roux: Heat oil in a pot and add flour to the hot oil cook for 15mins or until golden brown.
2) To this pot add all the vegetables and coat with roux and add vegetable stalk, water and all the ground spices. Cook for 20 mins.
3) Add the sea food to the pot and gumbo file to this pot. Gently stir.

SERVING
4) Serve in a bowl with scoops of cooked rice.
