Cherry Pineapple Cobbler
|Canned cherry pie filling||21 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned pineapple tidbits||13 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unflavored croutons||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Combine cherry pie filling, pineapple tidbits, allspice, and 1 tablespoon honey. Put into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
2. Blend egg, sour cream, and remaining 2 tablespoons honey. Stir in croutons. Spoon over cherry-pineapple mixture.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 375°F 30 minutes, or until heated through. If desired, top with ice cream.
