Shrimp Newburg

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3 , beaten
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cooked
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked (long rain)
Directions

Heat oil in a heavy saucepan, adding chives and wine, cooking for about 3 minutes.
In a bowl blend egg yolks and yogurt then add to saucepan mixture, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
Add shrimp and pour over rice.
