Southwestern Style Guacamole

Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Small, peeled and pitted
  Low fat plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled, cored, seeded, and chopped
  Minced parsley/Coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Lime juice 4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Jalapeno pepper 1⁄2 Small, seeded and chopped fine
Directions

Place the avocado in a large bowl and mash it with a potato masher until almost smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
