Creamy Yogurt Coleslaw

Creamy yogurt coleslaw is a smooth and lovely cabbage coleslaw. Made with yogurt and sour cream to taste and texture, the creamy yogurt coleslaw is great with spicy and savory meals.
|Low fat plain yogurt||3 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared yellow mustard||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery seeds||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Grated carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a medium size bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, mustard, sugar, vinegar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
Add the cabbage and carrot and toss well to mix.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, tossing occasionally.
