Hawaiian Grilled Chicken

Hawaiian Chicken, a chicken dish that goes well with a salad or even sandwich. The chicken will take few minutes to grill. Combination of pineapple, cheese and ham taste great for a meal. Enjoy this Hawaiian grilled chicken over a meal.
Ingredients
  Chicken breast 6
  Low fat swiss cheese slices 6
  Low sodium low fat baked ham 6
  Pineapple slices 6
  No sodium bottled lemon pepper marinate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place chicken breast in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Pour in marinate and place in fridge for 1-hour.

Grill pineapple slices and ham, approximately 1-minute per side.

Grill chicken 3-5 minutes per side (till internal temperature is 165*F).

Place ham, pineapple, and cheese on chicken and cook till cheese is melted.

Serve with a side salad or place chicken on whole wheat bun and enjoy as a sandwich.
