Hawaiian Shrimp Salad
|Cooked shelled large shrimp/Roast pork strips||1⁄4 Pound|
|Pineapple slice||3 (Fresh)|
|Chopped macadamia nuts||1 Tablespoon|
For each serving, line a dinner plate with spinach leaves and finely chop several more leaves to make a nest in the center.
Arrange on the plate shrimp or roast pork strips (or some of each), pineapple, and papaya.
Garnish with nuts, add Curry Dressing.
