Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Large, sliced
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Garlic 3⁄4 Clove (3.75 gm), or 1 small clove, minced
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed tomato soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Shrimp/Two 6 ounce cans, drained 1 Pound, cooked, cleaned
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Cook green pepper, onion, and garlic in shortening in covered skillet over low heat until tender.
Stir in soup, water, lemon juice, seasonings, and shrimp.
Cook about 10 minutes; stir often.
