|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Stewed tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sliced broiled mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
|Halibut steaks||1 Pound (4 Portions)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine butter, onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic in bowl or small casserole.
Cook in Radarange oven 3 minutes, stirring 3 times.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and seasonings.
Cover, cook in oven 5 minutes; stir.
Arrange halibut in greased shallow baking dish.
Pour sauce over fish.
Cook in oven 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Let stand, covered, few minutes before serving.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
