Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Pineapple chunks 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained from chunks
  Cocktail franks 1 Pound
Directions

Mix together first four ingredients to make a marinade.
Drain pineapple chunks; reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
Add to marinade.
Combine marinade and franks in shallow glass baking dish.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours, stirring several times.
Add pineapple chunks to franks.
Cover dish; cook in Radarange oven 3 minutes.
Stir, cook 3 minutes more.
