These Popovers make a delicious snack or breakfast fares. Just try these Popovers for your next meals and let me know if you like them.
Ingredients
  Sifted flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
Directions

Beat until smooth using rotary egg beater.
Fill well-greased muffin tins 1/3-1/2 full.
Bake in 425° oven 30 minutes.
