South Carolina Dry Rice

Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄4 , juiced
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and heat to a boil.
Stir once (no more) with a long pronged fork.
Turn heat down low and cook until all the water has disappeared and rice is dry and flaky takes about 20 minutes.
