  Canned raspberries in heavy syrup 15 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Vanilla frozen yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Wheat bran/Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Place raspberries in blender or food processor; process until smooth.
Strain through sieve, if desired.
Return raspberry puree to blender.
Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
