|Large shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Shrimp seasoning||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seasoned pepper||1 Dash|
Melt butter, and saute garlic in a small covered bowl, in Radarange oven for 30 seconds.
Preheat large Browning Skillet in oven 2 1/2 minutes.
Add shrimp, stir well.
Pour garlic butter over shrimp, stirring to coat.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes until all shrimp are pink.
Stir every minute.
Sprinkle with seasonings and parsley.
