Creamy Cole Slaw
|Cabbage||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), finely chopped or shredded (with 1/3 cup Creamy Boiled Dressing)|
To shred cabbage, use sharp kitchen knife.
Cut 1/4 of a medium head, saving remainder for later use.
Cut this quarter into 2 halves.
Place cabbage on cutting board with flat side down.
Shred finely, never lifting point of knife from board or use a shredder, setting blade for fine or coarse shredding.
