The Original Hollywood Brown Derby Cobb Salad
|Avocado||1 , peeled and diced|
|Curly endive||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm) (Or 1 Small Bunch)|
|Whole chicken breast||1 , cooked, boned, skinned and diced|
|Watercress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
|Iceberg lettuce head||1⁄2|
|Romaine lettuce head||1⁄2|
|Roquefort cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), crumbled|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, peeled, seeded and diced|
|Minced chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , peeled and diced|
|Bacon slices||6 , cooked and diced|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Chop lettuce, watercress, endive and romaine in very fine pieces using a knife or a food processor.
Mix chopped ingredients together in one large wide bowl, or in individual wide shallow bowls.
Arrange tomatoes, chicken, bacon, avocado and eggs in narrow strips or wedges across top of greens.
Sprinkle with cheese.
At serving time, toss with 1/2 cup French Dressing.
Pass remaining dressing.
