Pocket Sandwiches is a luscious non vegetarian sandwich. Pocket Sandwiches gets its taste from red meat mixed with tomato sauce and flavored with vinegar. Pocket Sandwiches is inspired by many restaurants across the world.
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery/Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pita bread rounds 2 (6 Inch)
  Lettuce leaves 4

Combine ground beef, onion, and celery in a large skillet; cook until meat is browned.
Drain off pan drippings.
Add tomato sauce, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and pepper; bring to a boil.
Cover sauce, reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut pita bread rounds in half; line each pocket with lettuce leaves, if desired, and fill each half with meat sauce.
