Beet And Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pickled beets 8 Ounce (Half Of 16 Ounce Jar)
Directions

Drain pickled beets, reserving 1 1/2 table spoons liquid; chop drained beets.
Combine beets, shredded cabbage, and chopped green pepper; chill.
At serving time, prepare dressing by blending mayonnaise and reserved beet liquid; toss dressing lightly with cabbage mixture.
