Cabbage And Apple Slaw
|Non fat sour cream alternative||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||5 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoons)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon (Crisco®)|
|Celery seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Red apple||1 Medium, chopped|
|Finely chopped green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
Combine "sour cream," vinegar, sugar, Crisco® Oil, celery seed, salt and dry mustard in small bowl.
Combine cabbage, apple, green pepper and onion in large bowl.
Pour "sour cream" mixture over vegetables.
Toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Toss again just before serving.
