Cabbage And Apple Slaw

 If you had enough of the regular cucumber and  tomato salads,  introduce yourself to the  Cabbage and Apple Slaw salad.  Take out the left over cabbage from  you refrigerator , add some sour cream and  dish out the Cabbage and Apple Slaw. Bingo! You have a real yummy salad ready!
Ingredients
  Non fat sour cream alternative 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 5 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (Crisco®)
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Red apple 1 Medium, chopped
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine "sour cream," vinegar, sugar, Crisco® Oil, celery seed, salt and dry mustard in small bowl.
Combine cabbage, apple, green pepper and onion in large bowl.
Pour "sour cream" mixture over vegetables.
Toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Toss again just before serving.
Garnish, if desired
