|Frozen black eyed peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped fine|
|Diced tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|French dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook peas according to directions on the package.
Drain and cool.
Add celery, tomatoes, and enough French Dressing to flavor the salad (about 4 to 5 tablespoons).
Toss lightly and serve on a bed of watercress with a garnish of onion rings.
