Apricot And Bran Bread

Apricot bran bread is a very delicious and healthy bread. It has subtle taste of apricot and health of bran. There is lot fiber in it. A good fact is that kids love this bread. To make further delicious top it with cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Enough, As Required)
  Snipped dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Whole bran cereal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
2. Pour enough boiling water over the apricots.
3. Mix eggs with milk and add bran and oil to it.
4. Mix all dry ingredients.
5. Drain excess water from apricots. And coat them with sugar.
6. Add apricots to the dry mixture.
7. Next, add bran mixture to it.
8. Mix it all together.
9. Grease a 9'*5' pan and pour the batter.
10. Bake it for about an hour.
11. Sprinkle some sugar on top.
