This Creole Lima Beans recipe is simply irresistible. Try this Creole Lima Beans on a get together; you will definetely get a lot of compliments for this dish.
Ingredients
  Bacon slices 2
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Baby lima beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned/Cooked)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Saute the bacon until crisp and remove from the pan. Add the onion and pepper to the fat in the pan and cook until tender but not brown.
2. Add the tomatoes and sugar, and cook about fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the beans and season with salt and pepper.
3. Simmer a few minutes longer.
