Chefs Tony Clark and Jean Marie Lacroix cook using only ingredients from Maine. They prepare scallops, omelet with lobster, and fish soup.
Ingredients
  Egg whites 3
  Lobsters 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Leftover)
  Scallops 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Leftover)
Directions

Lobster Omelette:
Whip the eggs along with the lobster and scallops slices. Make an omelette on a heated frying pan. Garnish with fish soup.
