Creole Pepper Steak

|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Dried thyme leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Red peppers||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beef top round steak||1 Pound, cut 1 inch thick|
Combine garlic, thyme, paprika and peppers in small bowl; press evenly into both sides of beef steak.
Place steak on grid over medium coals.
Grill steak 12 to 14 minutes for rare (140°F) to medium (160°F), turning once.
Season with salt, if desired.
