Quick Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Whipped cream cheese 4 Ounce (1 Container)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apples 2 Medium, cored and sliced
  Pitted whole dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved lengthwise
  Canned seedless grapes 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Leaf lettuce 2
Directions

Thoroughly combine cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, and sugar.
Stir in apples, dates, drained grapes, and walnuts.
Cover; chill in freezer 20 minutes.
Arrange fruit mixture on individual lettuce-lined plates.
