Quick Waldorf Salad
|Whipped cream cheese||4 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Apples||2 Medium, cored and sliced|
|Pitted whole dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved lengthwise|
|Canned seedless grapes||8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Thoroughly combine cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, and sugar.
Stir in apples, dates, drained grapes, and walnuts.
Cover; chill in freezer 20 minutes.
Arrange fruit mixture on individual lettuce-lined plates.
