Ingredients
  Beef stewing meat 1 Pound, cubed
  Cream of celery/Chicken/mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 1⁄3 Ounce (2/3 Of A Two Ounce Package)
  Red wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Burgundy Is Good)
Directions

Put meat in oven casserole; cover with diluted soup.
Top with mix and wine.
Cover and bake at 300° 4 hours.
