Southern Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Celery seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 2 Dash
Directions

Saute garlic in butter 4 to 5 minutes in a medium saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Use to baste pork or chicken during cooking.
