Light Slaw

I love this Light Slaw with a heavy meal ! This simple cabbage and carrot fare with vinegar and pepper seasonings looks apt to me with my heavy meat dishes. Try this Light Slaw yourself and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage mix 16 Ounce (For Coleslaw, 1 Bag)
  Carrots 2 Medium, shredded
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Seasoned rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In large bowl, combine cabbage mix with remaining ingredients, tossing to mix well.
If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours.
Toss well before serving.
