This Light & Lemony Slaw tastes incredible ! This delicious cabbage and carrot medley with irresistible seasonings in sour cream tastes good with my pasta and meat. Try this Light & Lemony Slaw and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Lemons 2 Medium
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced fat sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green cabbage head 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Carrots 4 Medium, shredded
Directions

Grate 1 teaspoon peel from lemons and squeeze 3/4 cup juice.
In large bowl, with wire whisk, mix lemon peel, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds until blended.
Add cabbage and carrots; toss well.
