|Shredded cabbage||1 Pound (Dole)|
|Grated carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dole)|
|Broccoli florets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (Dole)|
|Halved cherry tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Dole)|
|Peeled seeded diced cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
Combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, celery and cucumber in large salad bowl.
Whisk together remaining ingredients for dressing.
Pour over vegetables; toss to coat well.
