Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 1 Pound (Dole)
  Grated carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dole)
  Broccoli florets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (Dole)
  Halved cherry tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Dole)
  Peeled seeded diced cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, celery and cucumber in large salad bowl.
Whisk together remaining ingredients for dressing.
Pour over vegetables; toss to coat well.
