Ingredients
  Beef 3 Pound, cubed
  Canned italian plum tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Carrots 4 , quartered
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Whole potatoes 8 Small
  Celery stalks 4 , halved
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place all ingredients in a roasting pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours, basting meat occasionally with sauce in pan.
