This Carrot & Jicama Slaw tastes incredible ! Try this irresistibly seasoned mixed vegetables with rice or pasta. Your suggestions for this Carrot & Jicama Slaw are welcome !
|Chopped fresh cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Leaves)|
|Fresh lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded carrot||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Jicama||1 Medium, peeled and cut into 1/8 inch thick sticks|
|Red pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut into 1/8 inch thick slices|
|Fresh cilantro leaves||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
In large bowl, with fork, mix chopped cilantro, lime juice, honey, salt, and crushed red pepper.
Add carrots, jicama, and red pepper; toss.
Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.
Garnish with cilantro.
