Easy Beef Stew Supreme
|Beef round steak||2 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch cubes|
|Italian dressing||8 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Potatoes||4 , quartered|
|Carrots||4 , quartered|
|Condensed tomato soup||21 Ounce, undiluted (2 Cans, 10.5 Ounce)|
Marinate beef overnight in Italian dressing.
Combine with tomato, potatoes and carrots in 4-quart casserole.
Cover with soup.
Add bay leaves, salt and pepper.
MICROWAVE 60 MINUTES on '6', or until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring twice.
Remove bay leaves before serving
