Pear Waldorf Salad

Pear waldorf salad is a fruit and celery salad, made with added walnuts. The pear waldorf salad is dressed with mayo and best served chilled. Great with meats, it can also be paired with casserole dishes.
Ingredients
  Pears 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), unpared and diced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle pears with lemon juice and dash salt.
Add celery, raisins, and nuts.
Toss with mayonnaise; chill.
