|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
Add the flaked or chopped ham, corned beef or cooked bacon to the batter.
Put a little fat in deep patty tins and get this very hot, pour in the mixture and bake for about 10-15 minutes near the top of a hot oven (450°F.€”Gas Mark 7).
