Ingredients
  Toast slice 4
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skinned boned chicken breast 24 Ounce (About Four 6 Ounce Each)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Imitation butter flavoring 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1/2 Envelope)
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Roll toast into crumbs with rolling pin or whiz in blender; mix in parsley and poultry seasoning.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Pour 1/2 cup of the skim milk into small bowl.
Completely immerse each piece of chicken in milk; then roll in crumb mixture, making sure to use up all the milk and crumbs.
Place chicken in non-stick baking pan.
Bake at 375° F. (moderate oven) for 30 minutes.
Lift out chicken.
Meanwhile prepare our Dixie "Gravy" by combining remaining 1/2 cup milk with butter flavoring, water, broth mix and onion powder.
Heat and serve with "fried" chicken.
