Mint Juleps are a south American cocktail. Mint Juleps get its taste from mint and bourbon. Mint juleps are inspired by many restaurants across the world.
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh mint sprigs 8 , finely chopped
  Bourbon 1 Quart
  Fresh mint sprigs 10

Combine sugar, water, chopped mint, and bourbon in a glass container; stir until sugar dissolves.
Cover and let stand 4 to 6 hours.
Strain mixture into a large pitcher, discarding chopped mint.
