Santa Fe Pasta Prima Vera

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 8
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole garlic cloves 1⁄2 , cleaned
  Jalapenos 2
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked spaghetti 24 Ounce
  Assorted fresh vegetables 16 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Core tomatoes and place with whole garlic cloves and jalapenos on greased pan and roast until tomatoes have cracked and soft to the touch in 350° oven.
Remove from oven and remove stems and seeds from jalapenos, then place all items in blender and puree.
To Serve: Saute vegetables with a small amount of olive oil and fresh garlic.
Deglaze with white wine and add the sauce and toss with hot pasta.
