Pimiento Cheese Mold

The pimiento cheese mold is a peppy mold made with canned pimientos and lemon gelatin. Flavored with hot pepper sauce and mayonnaise, the pimiento cheese mold is chilled to set and is perfect as a side or between the courses.
Ingredients
  Lemon flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Processed cheese spread with pimiento 5 Ounce
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash (Bottled)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cheese spread and mayonnaise; beat with rotary beater till smooth.
Stir in cold water, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce.
Chill gelatin mixture till partially set.
Fold remaining ingredients into gelatin mixture.
Pour into 3 1/2cup mold.
Chill salad till firm.
