This Cioppino is incredible. I've never tasted a better assortment of fish soups ! Just try this out for your next meal! You will keep asking for more ! Feel free to share your views about this very Italian Cioppino !
|Assorted fish and shellfish||16 Ounce, cut in 1 inch pieces (Such As Grouper, Cod, Clams, Halibut, Etc)|
|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||2 Tablespoon|
|Dehydrated pepper flakes||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar packed capers||1 Tablespoon, drained|
|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Artificial sweetener||2 Teaspoon (Equal To 2 Teaspoons Sugar)|
Combine all ingredients except fish in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Cook at high heat until reduced almost half.
Add fish, cover and simmer until fish is done.
