Simmered Cioppino

This Cioppino is incredible. I've never tasted a better assortment of fish soups ! Just try this out for your next meal! You will keep asking for more ! Feel free to share your views about this very Italian Cioppino !
Ingredients
  Assorted fish and shellfish 16 Ounce, cut in 1 inch pieces (Such As Grouper, Cod, Clams, Halibut, Etc)
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar packed capers 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 2 Teaspoon (Equal To 2 Teaspoons Sugar)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except fish in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Cook at high heat until reduced almost half.
Add fish, cover and simmer until fish is done.
