Hoagie Sandwiches Au Tus
|Sourdough bread loaf||1 (San Francisco)|
|Prepared mustard||3 Teaspoon|
|Chicken/Turkey||12 Ounce, sliced|
|Tomatoes||2 , sliced|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Barbecue sauce/French onion soup||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Slice loaf of sourdough bread lengthwise. Spread one side with mustard and one side with catsup.
2. Layer chicken or turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, and pickle slices on 1 side of the loaf. Top with the rest of the loaf of bread.
3. Slice crosswise into 6 sections.
4. Pour barbecue sauce or warm French onion soup into 6 small bowls. Dip sandwich into sauce as you eat it. Hmmm
