|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), unpeeled, diced|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Seedless grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Pineapple tidbits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Low fat cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nonfat dry milk||2 Teaspoon|
|Walnuts||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
1. Sprinkle lemon juice on diced apples to keep them white. Toss apples, celery, grapes, and pineapple together gently.
2. Place cottage cheese, nonfat dry milk, and 1 tablespoon drained liquid from pineapple tidbits in blender. Blend until creamy smooth.
3. Pour over apple mixture and toss until thoroughly mixed. Chill.
