Creole Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled and finely diced
  Green pepper 1 Medium, finely diced
  Minced parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Water/Clam juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook tomato juice in open pan till reduced by half.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, then let simmer for 20 minutes.
The vegetables should be crisp-tender.
