Boston Tossed Salad

|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon pepper seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Boston lettuce head||1|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained|
|Red onion||1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced and separated into rings|
|Fresh mushrooms||12 Large, sliced|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Refrigerate dressing mixture several hours.
Combine lettuce, oranges, onion, and mushrooms in a salad bowl, tossing gently.
