Bran Fortified Boston Whole Wheat Brown Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn meal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  100% bran cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (breakfast)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl thoroughly combine all dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients.
Stir just until combined.
Pour ingredients into greased glass measuring cup.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Cook on high (9) for 5 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Turn out onto glass serving platter.
Cook on high (9) for 2 minutes to insure doneness.
