Crab A La Creole
|Shell crab/Crab meat crabs||12 Small (Hard Shelled)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Other fat||4 Tablespoon|
1.In a boiler, boil the crabs twenty minutes; open and clean them and reserve the yellow fat.
2.Pour the lemon-juice over the crab-meat.
3.Melt the butter or other fat and the crab fat in a frying-pan and add then crab-meat, seasoning, and chopped peppers.
4.Cook for 20 minutes.
5.Serve with vegetables
