Basic Creole Sauce

Creole Sauce has a Stupefying taste. The Tabasco sauce and tomatoes gives the Creole Sauce Marvelous taste.
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Heat oil; cook onion, green pepper, and mushrooms over low heat about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and seasonings; cook until sauce is thick, about 40 minutes.
Use with meat, fish, or poultry.
