|Green cabbage head||1 Small, cleaned, cored and cut into slivers|
|Carrot||1 Large, trimmed, peeled and grated|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, stemmed, seeded and grated|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hellmann's)|
|Corn oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Put cabbage slivers and grated carrot and pepper together in a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a small bowl and whisk together well.
Pour over cabbage mixture, stir, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Allow slaw to return to room temperature
