Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Green cabbage head 1 Small, cleaned, cored and cut into slivers
  Carrot 1 Large, trimmed, peeled and grated
  Green pepper 1 Medium, stemmed, seeded and grated
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hellmann's)
  Corn oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put cabbage slivers and grated carrot and pepper together in a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a small bowl and whisk together well.
Pour over cabbage mixture, stir, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Allow slaw to return to room temperature
