Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 19 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Powdered thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tuna chunks 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned shrimp 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned crab 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter or margarine in skillet, saute onion, pepper and celery about 5 minutes, but do not brown.
Blend in flour; add remaining ingredients, except seafood and parsley.
Simmer over low heat about 15 minutes.
Pick over crab and shrimp, break tuna into large chunks.
Add to skillet and simmer 15 minutes longer.
