Beef Stew is an amazing, simple and flavorful dish packed with vegetables and beef. This is a slow cooker/crock pot beef stew recipe with potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic and seasonings. Serve the pork stew over a bed of cooked rice for a fabulous dinner. Enjoy!!
1 Pound (Peeled And Sliced)
1 Pound (Quartered, Cubed)
Red bell pepper
Canned tomato paste
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
All purpose flour
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
2 Clove (10 gm) (Minced)
1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
1) Prepare the carrots, potatoes, bell peppers, tomatoes and keep aside.
2) Add all the ingredients into a crock pot, cover and refrigerate overnight.
3) Next morning remove and palce the crock pot on low for about 8 hours.
4) Serve the pork stew over a bed of cooked rice.
